JOSEPH ABRAHAM
President
Joseph has been the Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Bank Qatar LLC since July 4th 2016 and has extensive banking experience across both developed and emerging markets. Prior to that, he had held positions such as Chief Executive Officer of ANZ Indonesia (Australia and New Zealand Banking Group) based in Jakarta as well as  Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Ghana / Executive Director Corporate Banking of Standard Chartered Bank.
SUSANNA TOI
Vice President
Susanna is the General Manager for both Trendz Design Co WLL and Qatar Infrastructure Co WLL, with a company strength of total more than 1800 staffs and huge inventory and equipment/ machinery assets. Concurrently, she is also the Executive Director (Business Development) of Taleb Group of Companies handling various aspects of the business. In Singapore, Susanna had held the position as Chairman for YoungBPW in Singapore Business And Professional Women’s Association (SBPWA) for two consecutive terms.
ADRIAN TAN
Secretary General
Adrian is seconded to CBM Qatar LLC as the General Manager, appointed to oversee the company’s financial and operations performance and pursuing key opportunities to expand its business in Qatar. Concurrently, he is also a Vice President of CBM Singapore. Prior to joining the CBM Group, he held a diplomatic position as the Second Secretary (Infocomm) in Qatar under Singapore’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs .
ABBY CHAN
Director for Publicity
Abby is the Vice President, Business Development for Qatar Financial Centre, the Qatari Government agency which oversees promoting investment into Qatar. In her role, she sets market strategies and assists companies from Asia Pacific with their international expansion.
PHILOMENA GAN
Treasurer
Philomena is the Assistant General Manager, Institutional Operations of Commercial Bank Qatar with vast banking experience in both Retail and Wholesale Banking in Qatar and Singapore. She also launched several initiatives in Qatar including the Sadara Wealth Management and Al Wassela Funds.
HOWIE LEE
Director for Events
Howie is the Country Director of Gulf Ourooba Trading, a technology company established to bring robotics and green technology, facility-related software applications and oil & gas technology services etc into Qatar. A serial entrepreneur, Howie is also the co-founder of an interactive events company and a technology video-games cafe in Singapore.
LEMOUSHMI DEVI
Director for Events & Publicity
Lemoushmi is a Certified Public Accountant with Qatar National Bank with expertise in the field of restructuring and special credit workouts. Whilst in Singapore, she had led key initiatives for South East Asia largest shipping restructuring with a debt of US$2billion and one of Indonesia’s largest coal miners with debt in excess of US$1billion.
LUIS PHAY
EXCO Member
Luis possesses broad expertise in security management with 20+ years of diverse experiences; with a proven track record in the Singapore Armed Forces (COL (Ret)) and commercial settings. Luis's security experience span from managing Public Utilities Board, Data Centres, Petrochemical Refineries to critical public transport infrastructure such as the public metro system.
OH BENG CHIN
Associate Member
Beng Chin has years of experience in managing private security services business in Singapore and UAE, and was seconded to set up a new company; M/s Group Security System Certis International – Qatar (GSS Certis) in 2012. As its Managing Director, he developed and expanded GSS Certis’ private security business. Under his leadership, the Company grew from 250 to 3128 employees between October 2012 and 31st December 2017.
DIREN DORAI RAJ
Associate Member
Diren is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW). He is the Group CFO of Al Mana Nissan LLC in Qatar. He brings with him extensive financial experience in his prior roles as Group CFO of Volkswagen Group Saudi Arabia, General Manager of Audi Singapore and collectively overseas the finance aspects of brands Nissan, Infiniti, Renaults and previously Volkswagen, Audi and Porsche. His current role covers fashion brands, food & retail and real estate.
